What to Bring
What do you provide and what will I need to bring with me?
We have a variety of hunts available. All you need is your sleeping bag (for wilderness hunts), personal effects, gear and clothing, food, licenses, favorite rifle or bow, scabbard and ammunition. You will be provided with a detailed "what to bring" checklist along with other detailed information well before your trip. If you want all all-inclusive hunt, book our Deluxe Camp fully guided.
How do I reserve my hunt?
Call us at (509) 653-2633 or (800) 726-3631 or send your written reservation request via regular mail or e-mail and we will contact you with availability. We will hold your space for up to two weeks pending receipt of your deposit.
What is your deposit and cancellation policy for hunts?
A 1/3rd deposit confirms your reservation. The final balance is due 90 days prior to the start of your hunt. All wilderness hunts must be paid in full prior to the haul-in. We strongly encourage you to consider travel insurance to protect your hunting investment in case of cancellation. Due to the nature of our business, all deposits and payments on hunts are completely non-refundable.
What are the minimums?
Two hunters, double occupancy in tents. Due to the limited availability of our hunts one-on-one (single) hunters are taken on a space available basis only and we charge $100 per day for the one-on-one guide supplement. The exception is our bow hunt which is one hunter to one guide.
What is included and what is not included in your rate?
The rate includes care and preparation of game, horse and tack, and professional guides. Prices subject to change.
